  • 100g Plain flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 300ml Semi-skimmed milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Sweet filling of your choice, we have gone for banana and chocolate spread
